Fractional COO and operational leadership services are $250 USD per hour. We agree on priorities, monthly capacity, availability and decision authority before the engagement begins. Additional hours require prior client approval and are billed at the same rate.
Travel and expenses, custom development, field deployment and additional delivery services are scoped separately. Engagements are subject to availability.
