Matt Hofer
Founder, MISE Praxis
Hospitality experience. Technology in practice.
Matt brings more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, alongside work with Toast, Talech, F3 and Square. His background connects the realities of hospitality operations with technology implementation, field execution and deployment.
His experience with Toast included seeing it grow into a multibillion-dollar business, offering a firsthand perspective on how technology, teams and operational demands evolve with scale.
That hospitality foundation matters. Technology has to work during a busy service, support the people using it and fit the operation around it. Matt brings that practical perspective to MISE Praxis—connecting enterprise plans, field teams and partner ecosystems so implementation holds up in the real world.
