MISE Praxis LLC
Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to MISE Praxis websites, applications, and online services. Customer orders, statements of work, subscriptions, partner agreements, or other signed agreements may add or replace terms for a particular engagement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Authorized use
You may use the services only for lawful business purposes and only within the organization, tenant, role, work order, and permissions authorized for you. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, using accurate information, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Field work and operational records
MISE products may coordinate work orders, technicians, schedules, surveys, evidence, floorplans, network observations, approvals, and customer readback. Statuses, ETA values, and observational coverage maps are operational aids. They are not guarantees, emergency services, certified engineering predictions, or substitutes for professional judgment and site verification.
Location and ETA
A technician’s work-related location may be requested after the technician selects “I’m on my way” and only while the appointment remains active. Authorized dispatchers may receive the most recently requested location and timestamp. Customers receive ETA information, not a live technician map. ETA is an estimate; traffic, weather, access, routing, safety, and other conditions may cause delay. Location updates end when the appointment is completed, cancelled, the scheduled window ends, or an authorized extension expires.
Text-message terms
If you expressly opt in, MISE may send transactional messages concerning scheduled service, technician travel, ETA, access, work status, and completion. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
User content and evidence
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant MISE and the organizations authorized for the engagement a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content as necessary to perform the service, maintain evidence, meet contractual obligations, and protect the platform. Do not submit information you are not authorized to provide.
Electronic records and signatures
When an authorized workflow presents an agreement or approval for electronic signature, the signer must review the disclosure, demonstrate intent, and use their own identity. Electronic records may be retained with audit and evidence data. A particular document may impose additional signing terms.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass access controls; probe or disrupt systems without authorization; upload malicious code; misuse personal, location, customer, or technician information; impersonate another person; scrape or resell the services; use the services for unlawful surveillance; or activate provider actions outside an approved scope.
Third-party services
The services may interoperate with authentication, hosting, mapping, messaging, email, network, device, and provider systems. Their availability and separate terms may affect particular functions. MISE is not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we select and configure providers with appropriate safeguards for the intended use.
Availability and changes
We work to provide reliable services, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features identified as pilot, beta, preview, staging, or in development may change, be limited, or be withdrawn. We may suspend access to protect users, data, or systems, or to address misuse or legal requirements.
Fees
Fees, payment terms, renewals, and cancellation rights are stated in the applicable order, subscription, statement of work, or signed agreement. Merely submitting a website inquiry does not create a charge.
Disclaimers and limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, online services are provided “as is” and “as available.” MISE disclaims implied warranties not stated in an applicable signed agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MISE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the online services. Any liability limits in an applicable signed agreement control.
Termination
You may stop using the online services at any time. MISE may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, nonpayment under an applicable agreement, or when required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
Governing law
Unless an applicable signed agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice when required.
